Out of all of the post ops, you will end up seeing Asians and Brazilians the most. The cultures there are just more laid back about the whole concept of a ladyboy and a post op - and it’s pretty nice to see people being so accepting. That means that a lot more go through the entire process, which of course means there are more and more post ops for us to enjoy naked. Funny how that all works out, isn’t it ?
